What's in my kitchen: my favourite gadgets

In the Paris flat that I lived before I moved to Spain, I only used the sandwich toaster, the microwave, but didn't use a pasta machine or a deep fat fryer year on year that I couldn't eventually decided to free-cycle them when I moved to Madrid.
On the obvious reasons where I have decided to present my electrical kitchen gadgets I couldn't live without the toaster or the famous microwave that I couldn't live on my own, it's a lot cheaper when turning on just a baked potato.
I also have a juicer but not an ice cream machine or a bread maker, but here are the following things I use at least once a week, if not everyday.
First is the Nespresso machine above, I LOVE it. I really LOVE it. I bought this one for Christmas after much research and it was at the end the obvious choice to call when I need a coffee machine. I think it is the best way to offer a coffee option when I'am catering and my friends or family demand me something different to drink. In my opinion, it is much better than making myself coffee with Italian cafeteriere. No jokes, I'm not good on this. :)

I don't have a metal trolley but I have a kitchen drawer when I stash everything so it's an easy reach. There's a pressure cooker, against a giant stockpot for pasta sauces and soups. There are metal mixing bowls also living in the kitchen drawer. I bought these in a french supermarket because I used a collection of china bowls and I use them everyday for: pretty much EVERYTHING!. Soaking vegetables, mixing cakes etc.

I have a beloved krups blender for smoothies, cocktails and soups with a powerful motor where I can put some ice cubs in it.
Also a stick blender. Super handy and takes no place in the room. I think it's fantastic for whizzing up sauces and soups in saucepans, particularly in large quantities.
Anyway, that's it.
Tell me, what can't you live without in the kitchen?
